How cancellations and refunds work for The AI Vault subscription.
Courses are free
All 21 Days of AI courses are included with a free account. There is no charge for course access, so no refund applies.
The AI Vault - cancellation
The AI Vault is a monthly subscription at $19/month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings under Billing. Cancelling stops future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period -we do not cut off access mid-cycle.
The AI Vault - refunds
If you subscribed within the last 7 days and feel the Vault is not right for you, email support@21daysofai.com with the email address on your account and we will issue a full refund for that charge. After 7 days, charges for completed billing periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future billing.
How to cancel
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and follow the link to the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately -no forms, no waiting.
